Job Description

With 25 years of experience on the Romanian real estate market and a team of over 50 professionals, Cushman & Wakefield Echinox is looking for a new colleague as receptionist.

The ideal candidate should complete daily basis tasks like the ones below:

  • Greeting clients;
  • Booking meetings;
  • Arranging couriers;
  • Keeping the reception area tidy;
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls;
  • Screening phone calls;
  • Sorting and distributing post.

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of administrative management practices and procedures;
  • Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages;
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
