  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong MS Office knowledge.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good analysis, planning and reporting skills.
  • Results driven and organised about your daily work.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Gather information about markets and clients.
  • Assist colleagues in their activities and update databases.
  • Prepare the latest office market data for presentations and meetings, along with the Research and Marketing teams.
  • Coordinate visits with potential tenants to the office units.
  • Follow the local and regional office market trends.
  • Interested to become more involved with real estate transactions over time.
