We supported the investor in understanding the immature nature of the industrial market and advised in the structuring of the further commitment.
A highly successful investment which attracted the attention of other investors that subsequently sought to invest in the industrial & logistics property sector. The value of the transaction was of about 100 million. The property was sold to P3 in 2015.
