The Challenge
Cushman & Wakefield’s team of experts regularly provided support to several eMAG companies, such as Sameday, Depanero, etc. The storage requirements include specific elements, such as refrigeration facilities or a large number of parking spaces and gas stations. Freshful was interested in a warehouse already built for an online business with fresh products, but the market did not have such options.
The Solution
Based on the experience and connections we have, we managed to find an existing space that would meet the requirements of our client. We have identified a custom building of approximately 11,000 square meters, built for online trade and food storage operations, including several units with different temperature levels.
The Results
Freshful by eMag managed to secure the perfect space to start its operations in a very short time, in a very good location in Bucharest, ensuring the success of their business.
