Ini\u021biativele au ca scop reducea ratei \u0219omajului \u00een r\u00e2ndul acestor categorii de angaja\u021bi \u0219i de a sprijini integrarea persoanelor cu dificult\u0103\u021bi \u00een g\u0103sirea unui loc de munc\u0103 stabil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Articolul 85 din LEGEA nr. 76 din 16 ianuarie 2002 privind sistemul asigur\u0103rilor pentru \u0219omaj \u0219i stimularea ocup\u0103rii for\u021bei de munc\u0103, prevede <\/strong>facilit\u0103\u021bi firmelor care angajeaz\u0103 persoane din aceste categorii defavorizate sunt sub form\u0103 de subven\u021bii financiare.&nbsp; Astfel, firmele care angajeaz\u0103 \u0219omeri sau persoane peste 50 de ani pot beneficia de subven\u021bii lunare cuprinse \u00eentre 900 \u0219i 2.50 de lei, \u00een func\u021bie de durata contractului de munc\u0103 \u0219i de categoria de angaja\u021bi. Aceste sume acoper\u0103 par\u021bial costurile salariale \u0219i contribu\u021biile la asigur\u0103rile sociale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru angajatorii care ofer\u0103 locuri de munc\u0103 persoanelor cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi, legisla\u021bia \u00een vigoare prevede acordarea de ajutoare de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 2.250 de lei lunar, timp de 12 luni, pentru fiecare persoan\u0103 cu handicap angajat\u0103 pe o perioad\u0103 nedeterminat\u0103. De asemenea, firmele pot beneficia de scutiri fiscale, precum deducerea din impozitul pe profit a cheltuielilor destinate amenaj\u0103rii locurilor de munc\u0103 pentru aceste persoane, precum \u0219i de scutiri de la plata contribu\u021biilor sociale \u00een anumite cazuri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Totodat\u0103, companiile pot beneficia de facilit\u0103\u021bi suplimentare prin \u00eencheierea de contracte de ucenicie sau stagii de formare profesional\u0103 pentru \u0219omeri sau persoane \u00een v\u00e2rst\u0103 de peste 50 de ani. Angajatorii primesc stimulente financiare pentru fiecare persoan\u0103 care urmeaz\u0103 astfel de programe, acestea variind \u00eentre 500 \u0219i 1.000 de lei lunar. Aceast\u0103 m\u0103sur\u0103 \u00eencurajeaz\u0103 nu doar angajarea, ci \u0219i formarea \u0219i specializarea angaja\u021bilor, contribuind astfel la o integrare mai eficient\u0103 \u00een c\u00e2mpul muncii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Angajarea persoanelor cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen cazul angaj\u0103rii persoanelor cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi, angajatorii pot accesa fonduri nerambursabile pentru adaptarea spa\u021biilor de lucru, pentru achizi\u021bionarea de echipamente sau pentru modific\u0103rile necesare \u00een vederea facilit\u0103rii activit\u0103\u021bilor acestora. Statul subven\u021bioneaz\u0103 astfel aceste investi\u021bii, oferind o mai mare flexibilitate companiilor \u0219i facilit\u00e2nd angajarea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceast\u0103 serie de facilit\u0103\u021bi nu doar c\u0103 sprijin\u0103 angajatorii, dar poate avea un impact benefic pe termen lung asupra economiei. Integrarea pe pia\u021ba muncii a persoanelor aflate \u00een dificultate cre\u0219te rata de ocupare \u0219i reduce presiunea asupra sistemului de asisten\u021b\u0103 social\u0103. Mai mult, companiile care opteaz\u0103 pentru angajarea acestor categorii \u00ee\u0219i pot consolida reputa\u021bia prin sus\u021binerea diversit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i incluziunii la locul de munc\u0103, ceea ce poate atrage clien\u021bi \u0219i parteneri de afaceri care valorizeaz\u0103 acelea\u0219i principii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Facilit\u0103\u021bi pentru firmele care angajeaz\u0103 \u0219omer<\/strong>i<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Stimularea a<a href=\"https:\/\/cwechinox.com\/industrial\/ro\/hale-si-depozite\/hale-de-inchiriat\/\">ngajatorilor<\/a> pentru \u00eencadrarea \u00een munc\u0103 a \u015fomerilor se realizeaz\u0103 prin subven\u0163ionarea locurilor de munc\u0103, acordarea de credite \u00een condi\u0163ii avantajoase \u00een vederea cre\u0103rii de noi locuri de munc\u0103 \u0219i acordarea unor facilit\u0103\u0163i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Astfel, companiile care angajeaz\u0103, pe durat\u0103 nedeterminat\u0103, absolven\u0163i ai unor institu\u0163ii de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt primesc lunar, pe o perioad\u0103 de 12 luni, pentru fiecare absolvent \u00eencadrat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) o sum\u0103 egal\u0103 cu valoarea indicatorului social de referin\u0163\u0103 \u00een vigoare la data \u00eencadr\u0103rii \u00een munc\u0103, pentru absolven\u0163ii ciclului inferior al liceului sau ai \u015fcolilor de arte \u015fi meserii;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) o sum\u0103 egal\u0103 cu de 1,2 ori valoarea indicatorului social de referin\u0163\u0103, \u00een vigoare la data \u00eencadr\u0103rii \u00een munc\u0103, pentru absolven\u0163ii de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt secundar superior sau \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt postliceal;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c) o sum\u0103 egal\u0103 cu de 1,5 ori valoarea indicatorului social de referin\u0163\u0103, \u00een vigoare la data \u00eencadr\u0103rii \u00een munc\u0103, pentru absolven\u0163ii de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt superior.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u0218omerii, persoanele de peste 50 de ani \u0219i cele cu handicap fac parte din categoriile vulnerabile pe pia\u021ba for\u021bei de munc\u0103, iar \u00een acest sens autorit\u0103\u021bile au adoptat o serie de m\u0103suri pentru a stimula angajatorii s\u0103 ofere job-uri acestor persoane.
