The logistics park has a total area of 832,000 sq. m, developed in several phases since 2015, with the possibility of expanding by an additional nearly 400,000 sq. m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tenants in the industrial park include Quehenberger, Maersk, Kuehne+Nagel, LPP, Profi, DSV, Pirelli Tyres and Arctic, making it one of the most sought-after projects in Bucharest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cwechinox.com\/industrial\/ro\/inchiriere\/hale\/bucuresti\/ctpark-km-13-chitila-logistic-park-cladirea-buch-15-2\/\"><strong>CTPark Bucharest<\/strong><\/a>, located at Km 13 of the A1 motorway, is the second-largest logistics park in Bucharest, with a total area of 571,000 sq. m, developed on a 58-hectare plot of land.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EOPS, Ausburg International, DSV, Iron Mountain, Noriel, Delamode, Braytron DHL, Well Pack, Delamode, Altex, Antalis, IBT, Lagermax, Pepsi and Notino are the park&#8217;s main tenants, with an occupancy rate of more than 90%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>P3 Park Bucharest<\/strong>, also located at Km 13 of the Bucharest\u2013Pitesti motorway, ranks third among the largest logistics parks in Bucharest, with a total area of 380,000 sq. m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The top five largest logistics parks in Bucharest is completed by <a href=\"https:\/\/cwechinox.com\/industrial\/ro\/inchiriere\/hale\/bucuresti\/wdp-park-stefanesti-2\/\"><strong>WDP Park Stefanesti<\/strong><\/a> (347,000 sq. m) and CTPark Bucharest North (203,900 sq. m).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The five largest logistics parks in Bucharest are also among the most sought-after by tenants, with occupancy rates of more than 90%, leased to international and local companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Who are the developers of the most sought-after industrial parks?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The largest industrial park developers in Bucharest account for more than 80% of the total built stock in the capital. Bucharest is one of the preferred destinations for tenants looking to lease industrial parks, considering that only 5% of the existing space is vacant.
