Activitatea de dezvoltare din 2025 a fost semnificativ mai redus\u0103 comparativ cu 2024 (<strong>572.000 mp<\/strong>), \u00een timp ce suprafa\u021ba proiectelor aflate \u00een prezent \u00een construc\u021bie este de aproximativ <strong>350.000 mp<\/strong>. Rata na\u021bional\u0103 de neocupare a sc\u0103zut u\u0219or, la <strong>5,3%<\/strong>, fa\u021b\u0103 de 5,7% \u00een trimestrul III.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te cererea, volumul de \u00eenchirieri din trimestrul IV a fost de <strong>525.600 mp<\/strong>, iar activitatea total\u0103 din 2025 a ajuns la <strong>1.275.200 mp<\/strong>, \u00een cre\u0219tere cu <strong>51%<\/strong> fa\u021b\u0103 de 2024.
