Ana has more than 8 years of experience in the construction industry and over 16 years in sales. Within the Project Management department, Ana coordinates all the stages of the commercial process, consolidates & develops the existing networks and new potential clients, strategies and business plans according to the company’s objectives. She also supervises the contractual negotiation and prices with the suppliers of products and services corresponding to each project implementation and assigned team (bidding, project management, financial, logistic). Ana has previously worked for companies such as: WeMat, Teamnet, Coldwell & Banker, etc.
