Florentina has over 15 years of experience in preparing, supervising and supporting the technical and purchasing aspects of real estate projects, being responsible of budget management, purchasing procedures, cash flow projections, contract agreements, cost engineering, reporting and controlling.
Previously, Florentina has worked for over 10 years at Willbrook Management International, one of the biggest real estate players in Romania, being the link between Property Management and Financial Department.
