Mihaela Petruescu

Mihaela coordinates the Asset Services department since April 2015, managing the most wide-ranging portfolio of retail, office and logistics assets of approximately 500,000 sq.m, in Bucharest and in the main cities of Romania, and the largest team within the company, totaling 40 people, covering the property and integrated facilities & workplace management services.

With more than 17 years of real estate market experience, Mihaela was successfully involved in the leasing process of various shopping centers and is continuously focused on the development of the department, bringing innovative and client-oriented tools and solutions. Starting 2020, she has successfully developed new business lines within the company by providing consultancy services for obtaining Covid Compliant certificates (DEKRA Trusted Facility Standard, Bureau Veritas Safeguard). She has also developed a unique education programme for the real estate professionals, Drawing Business Value Academy.
