Rares Musat

Rares has 4 years of experience as Site Manager and Project Manager, in which he overview multiple projects such as One Cotroceni Park ( 22.000 SQ.M) and Afi Park Cotroceni 4-5, 4th floor where he was in charge of the Fit-out services. For IKEA Baneasa he provided refurbishment of the HVAC and the sanitary installations. He was also in charge with MEP Project Management services for Greenfield Baneasa ( 2 residential buildings). As part of the Project Development team, Rares has Fit-out construction experience and provides site management and project coordination services. Rares graduated with a Master’s Degree in Project Management at Technical University of Constructions Bucharest, and has previously worked for Vitalis Consulting as a Site Manager and Project Manager, for Practo General Instal and RENOVATA ( passive & NZEB houses).
