The challenge was to deliver for our client a space with easy access to Bucharest and to meet the requirements regarding the courier services flow and the large number of parking lots.

We identified a property with unique features where our client is the only tenant and the particularities of the building are ideal for delivery services.
The Results
Sameday continues its expansion in Romania in the context of a continuing growing market. They have a good percentage of on-time delivery and the most flexible pick-up program in the country.
