Eduard Turcoman

Eduard is Director Office Agency and his main responsibilities cover the letting services, representing numerous tenants in securing leases in different office locations in Bucharest and regional cities. Eduard provides a better understanding of the changing world we operate in and offers ongoing advice to support clients in developing their business workplace strategies. He is a key member of the office team, with a wide range of experience in the office consultancy and a client focused approach, being passionate about the dynamism of the real estate market and the opportunity to manage B2B relations. He joined Cushman & Wakefield Echinox in 2008 and over the last 15 years, he has been involved in more than 200 transactions, with a total of over 200,000 sq. m of office space. His education covers a Master’s degree in The Economy of Real Estate Properties and a Bachelor’s degree at The Faculty of Marketing from Bucharest University of Economic Studies.
