Mihaela Petruescu

Mihaela coordinates the Asset Services department since 2015, managing the most wide-ranging portfolio of retail, office and logistics assets of over 515,500 sq. m throughout Romania, and the largest team within the company, totaling 31 people.

The Property Management and Integrated Workplace & Facility Management Services portfolio tripled in the last 5 years.

Mihaela leads the team in running and implementing the processes and strategies agreed with the clients to maximize the assets’ values, ensure tenants and employees satisfaction and optimize operational efficiency.

Starting 2023, the business lines of the Department were extended with Community Management Services, aiming to create and implement programs and events, as well as identify tools and technologies to support tenants in their efforts and strategies to attract and retain talents in offices.
