01The Challenge

Our Asset Services team took-over Mendeleev Office 5,  a boutique office building, which revitalizes a historic area of the city, from the general contractor of the building in 2020, as the landlord trusted us based on the Eminescu Offices experience, witnessing our commitment and dedicated team.

02The Solution

We are responsible for the daily administration of the building, tenant relationship management, operational supervision, financial services, landlord reporting and leasing activity. We organized tenders for the selection of providers of integrated facility management security and fire protection services. We created and implemented working procedures and financial, administrative, technical and operational workflow. Our team actively participated at the tenants’ take-over of their office spaces and also in the management of the fit-out process and PSI training.

03The Results

Mendeleev Office 5 has been fully leased in a record period of time, even through the uncertainty generated by the pandemic. The leasing activity led to attracting the most suitable tenants. We actively engage in the management of the tenants’ community and wellbeing with online and offline events. We implement all Health and Safety measures and we assured a safe return at the office for the employees.
