01 The challenge
An American multinational semiconductor company has decided to extend their offices in a new office building in Cluj-Napoca. Our team has been appointed as service provider for the Design and Project Management services during the COVID outbreak. The design had to follow some strict instructions from a Design Guideline, in order to develop a fit-out that properly represents the values and branding of the company.
02 The solution
Guided by the client’s representatives, Cushman & Wakefield Echinox Design team managed to collect and align all the requirements of the project in order to create a modern space provides employees with all the amenities, according to the brand book guidelines and the client’s requirements.
03 The results
The final result is a fresh, flexible, practical and collaborative workspace, with a generous reception area, multiple storage areas for the employees, relaxation areas with a great view, meeting rooms with the latest AV technology, and a laboratory area where the client can test the most recent technology soon available on the market.
