BOGNER

01The Challenge

BOGNER, a globally renowned German fashion brand specializing in athluxury sports fashion, sought to enter the Romanian market to capitalize on the country’s growing luxury retail segment. Despite its global presence in over 50 countries, BOGNER had not yet established a footprint in Romania. The brand needed a prestigious location that could match its premium positioning and offer an elevated customer experience, which is essential in luxury retail.

02The Solution

With the support of our retail team, BOGNER secured a prime 131 sq. m retail space in The Grand Avenue shopping gallery, located within the JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel. The lease transaction marked a strategic move for BOGNER, leveraging a location known for housing iconic luxury brands.

03The Results

Following a €500,000 investment, BOGNER’s first Romanian store will introduce its distinctive blend of functional luxury and performance fashion to local consumers. The move highlights the maturity of the Romanian luxury market and reinforces Bucharest’s status as a destination for premium retail. This expansion strengthens BOGNER’s regional presence and aligns with its mission to deliver high-end, dynamic lifestyle fashion to a growing customer base. The addition of BOGNER also enhances The Grand Avenue’s reputation as a premier luxury shopping destination in Romania.
