01The challenge
Our client, Caroli Foods Group, the leader of the Romanian cold-cuts market, required an office space that would be up-to-date with the latest technologies and workplace standards. The challenge was to deliver the project in a short period of time, and to find a competitive solution in terms of budget. The client’s needs covered various types of rooms and meeting rooms, a large board space that could also split into two large meeting rooms, phone booths, solutions for quick meetings or socializing, large cafeteria, open space coffee points, private offices, a large and secured server room and storage space, a welcoming reception area, shared desks clusters, and advanced IT solutions
02The solution
To ensure that all requirements are met, the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox team covered three roles:
1. Workplace Design Consultant, providing guidance to the Designers and layout optimization according to the Client’s needs vs. Local Regulations
2. Project Management for schedule optimization, monitoring of deliverables and fit-out construction, reporting, budget negotiation, site inspection, value engineering, and snagging
3. Design & Build Provider for branding elements, interior signage, and IT solutions
03The results
All the client’s office fit out requirements were met. The opening of an impressive, fully functional office was done in accordance with the client’s budget and timeframe.
