01The Challenge

For the official launch of Logicor Bucharest III Pallady, the first “Last Mile” logistics hub within Bucharest, the challenge was to create and deliver a premium event in a logistics setting — transforming the warehouse space into a memorable venue and experience that reflected Logicor’s professionalism and long-term vision. At the same time, it was essential to highlight the unique features of the project: its high degree of customization and sustainable infrastructure.

02The Solution

We planned and implemented a complete event set-up that transformed the space entirely and emphasized the core attributes of the project — modernity, flexibility, and sustainability. The layout included dedicated areas for speeches, networking, and catering, enhanced by custom branding and decorative elements that showcased the developer’s identity. In line with Logicor’s long-term commitment to community and culture, we also coordinated the development of a unique mural, from artist selection to execution supervision according to the timeline and budget. Created by Wanda Hutira, the artwork celebrates the location’s position and name — the renowned Romanian painter Theodor Pallady — and visually reflects Logicor’s mission to support the vital flow of goods in everyday life.

03The Results

The event was praised for its execution and visual storytelling and generated highly positive feedback from the attendees, including tenant representatives, business leaders, and media, helping to position Logicor Bucharest III Pallady as a new reference point for in-city logistics in Romania. The mural installation added a meaningful artistic layer to the space, reinforcing Logicor’s identity and its positive impact on local communities.
