Kinstellar, a leading international law firm, faced a major transformation following the acquisition of Noerr’s Romanian operations. This strategic move significantly expanded its Bucharest team, creating an urgent need for a larger, more modern office environment that aligned with the firm’s standards for efficiency, technical excellence, and sustainability.

Compounding the complexity, Kinstellar was the long-time owner of a historic villa in Bucharest’s ultra-central district near Calea Victoriei. Selling a listed property of this nature — while also timing the transaction with a full team integration and a relocation — posed significant logistical and strategic challenges.

Kinstellar partnered with our teams, who delivered a comprehensive, integrated approach involving three key departments:

• Capital Markets Team, led by Mihaela Pană, managed the successful sale of Kinstellar’s historic headquarters, overcoming challenges tied to its listed-building status and unique market value.
• Office Agency Team, with Monica Vasile and David Stănescu, worked closely with Kinstellar to identify and secure the ideal office space in Globalworth Tower, a landmark building in the Floreasca – Barbu Văcărescu area.
• Project & Development Services Team, coordinated by Rareș Mușat and supported by Sorina Schedlinscky and Andrei Ianculescu, ensured the technical fit and efficient transformation of the new space through comprehensive planning, design, and execution.
