Bucharest, April 2024: 18 Gym Fitness & Beauty, the third-largest health & fitness network in Romania and one of the most dynamic players in this sector, will open a new location within Agora Arad (the former Galleria Arad) through a transaction brokered by the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox real estate consultancy company.
The new 18 Gym Fitness & Beauty location is the first unit in Arad and the 37th club in the network.
Agora Arad, with an area of 36,000 sq. m, is currently undergoing a significant refurbishment and refitting process, as the owners have a strategy to reposition the project as a proximity shopping destination with a varied mix of retailers adapted to the needs of the inhabitants in the area.

18 Gym Fitness & Beauty is present in 14 cities having a total number of 36 health & fitness clubs throughout the country. The goal for 2024 is to open another 10 locations, thus exceeding the 40-club threshold in Romania.
