01The Challenge
The client mandated our Land team to offer consultancy for the purchase of a plot of land of over 20 ha located on the Bucharest Ring Road for a future industrial development.

02The Solution
Through our knowledge and experience in searching and sourcing suitable land for the clients’ needs, we managed to identify and validate with the potential buyer the position and the area of the plot. Afterwards, we identified and negotiated with all the 45 owners of the targeted lots for the successful acquisition of the entire necessary area.
Once the owners agreed, the negotiations began, and we offered continuous assistance throughout the process, from obtaining the necessary due diligence and documentation, until the completion of the sale-purchase process.

03The Results
We were able to structure a win-win transaction and our client (the buyer) was satisfied with the choice made, currently working to start the construction of a well positioned future logistic park.
