The coffee shops chain Starbucks will open a new unit on Lipscani street, in Bucharest old town, in a space owned by the entrepreneur Catalin Mahu, the founder of restaurants chain La Mama. Starbucks rented a space with a surface of over 300 sqm on two floors and a terrace and the transaction was intermediated by the real estate consultancy firm Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
