What you need in order to be part of our team?
• 3-5 years of previous experience in property management or real estate industry
• Financial, Technical or Management University studies
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable services to clients
• Strong management and communication skills
• Effective teamwork, organizational and analytical skills
• Advanced financial knowledge and analysis
• Strong English and MS Office knowledge
What will be your responsibilities?
Tenant Management:
• Constantly maintain the direct contact with tenants;
• Provide high quality services with a deep problem solver attitude;
• Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs and site visits with new potential tenants;
• Approve plans and procedures for handling complaints or requests from tenants;
• Assist Financial Coordinator with accounts receivable including late fees, SCH reconciliations, defaults or any disputes;
Operations Management:
• Ensure all administrative and technical staff of the assigned properties are promptly acting and the services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards.
• Ensure regular property inspection;
• Recommend and/or approve maintenance and repairing works;
• Bid, secure and manage the onsite subcontractors and work assignments for efficient operations;
• Act as primary contact with the owners;
• Draft and monitor the yearly OPEX and CAPEX budgets;
• Monitor the PMP of the assigned properties;
Financial Reporting:
• Review of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for the assigned properties;
• Prepare and deliver timely, accurate reports (technical, commercial, financial)
• Support on computation and collection of annual SCH reconciliation;
• Support on collection activities;
