Dana Radoveneanu

Dana brings over 16 years of experience in the retail real estate sector and leads the Retail Agency team, focusing on portfolio optimization and providing strategic advisory services to both landlords and tenants.

Since joining Cushman & Wakefield Echinox in 2017, she has overseen leasing mandates for prominent landlords, including Prime Kapital, Sonae Sierra, Strabag Real Estate, One United Properties, and Tiriac Imobiliare.

Dana has also advised leading retailers such as Mobexpert, La Cocos, Carturesti, French Revolution, and Frudisiac in their nationwide expansion strategies. In addition, she successfully facilitated the Romanian market entry of international brands including Golden Goose, Bogner, and Wittchen by identifying and securing prime locations in Bucharest.

Her extensive expertise and in-depth understanding of the retail market are further strengthened by six years of experience as Development Manager at Lagardère Travel Retail, where she played a key role in the company’s growth and development initiatives.
