Raluca Mihai

Raluca joined Asset Services team as Financial Coordinator, managing daily financial and reporting activities for two office buildings in Bucharest, as well as maintaining a thorough communication with tenants in order to ensure long lasting partnerships and high satisfaction rates. She has and extensive experience in property and financial services, succeeding to meet Owner’s needs and exceed their expectations by proactivity and reliability.

Raluca was involved in the financial & property management of Bucharest Business Center during 2022-2023, having a deep understanding of the project and Indotek requirements.

Before joining CWE, she worked within the real estate division of Auchan Romania, Fortim Trusted Advisors, Societe General – Global Solution Center.
