Raluca Maria Mihai

Raluca joined Asset Services team as a Financial Manager, coordinating  the activity of the finance team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and in compliance with quality standards. She ensures transparency and accuracy of financial information reported to partners. Also, she is maintaining a thorough communication with tenants in order to ensure long lasting partnerships and high satisfaction rates. Raluca has an extensive experience in property and financial services, succeeding to meet owner’s needs and exceed their expectations by proactivity and reliability.

Raluca was involved in the financial & property management of Bucharest Business Center during 2022-2023, having a deep understanding of the project and Indotek requirements.

Before joining CWE, she worked within the real estate division of Auchan Romania, Fortim Trusted Advisors, Societe Generael – Global Solution Center.
