Laura joined our company as Data Analyst in the Research Department, contributing to our research output and thought leadership. She is responsible for collecting and analyzing market data in order to identify trends, supporting the production of research deliverables for client studies and pitches, using data storytelling to present insights in a clear and practical manner.

Laura’s areas of expertise include marketing strategy, product development, customer insights and technology market trends. Previously working in major companies such as ING Bank, Vodafone or Telekom Romania, her experience involved launching and implementing innovative digital products and services. These roles required a strong focus on understanding and addressing consumer needs, ensuring that the products and services in question were aligned with customer expectations and market demands. Her work in these positions exemplifies a consumer-centric approach, leveraging customer insights for the purpose of driving product development and marketing strategies.
