Floreasca Park attracts a new major tenant: Leroy Merlin leased approximately 4,000 sq. m in the building, one of the largest office transactions of this year

Bucharest, May 2025: The Floreasca Park building in the Floreasca – Barbu Vacarescu office submarket, one of the largest business hubs in Bucharest, attracts a new major tenant, Leroy Merlin, an internationally reputed DIY retailer which leased approximately 4,000 sq. m of office space. The transaction was brokered by the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox real estate consultancy company.

Floreasca Park has a leasable area of 39,350 sq. m and tenants such as Goodyear, Kellanova, the Investment and Development Bank, Metro Digital, or Ursus Breweries and has been managed by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox since 2021.

The building, owned by Resolution Property and Zeus Capital Management, integrates efficient design and low energy consumption, the two Grade A buildings being connected by an underground parking with 500 spaces, while also having a BREEAM “Excellent” certification.

The property benefits from numerous public transportation connections and tenant facilities, with Promenada Mall and King Michael I (Herastrau) and Floreasca parks located nearby.

The project is in the Floreasca – Barbu Vacarescu area, the second largest office hub in Bucharest, with a total stock of almost 600,000 sq. m, where several of the largest companies present in Romania have established their headquarters in modern buildings.
