01The Challenge
We assisted the client in the search to expand and accommodate two new divisions, in different locations – Bucharest and Timisoara.
02The Solution
Cushman & Wakefield Echinox office team presented multiple scenarios in Bucharest and assisted the client to choose the most suitable option. As for Timisoara, given the low vacancy rate in the city, the client was relocated into one of the landmark projects in the market.
03The Results
Considerable costs savings resulted from the space reduction, by consolidating the 3 existing locations in Bucharest, as well as substantial fit-out contribution from the landlord, both in Bucharest and Timisoara.
