01The Challenge

Eminescu Offices was the first project in the Akcent Development office portfolio that we took over from the general contractor of the building in 2019. The role of our team extended beyond the management of a smooth operational workspace, in order to assure the safe return of all employees in the post-pandemic office life.

02The Solution

We organized tenders for the selection of providers of integrated facility management, security and fire protection services. We created and implemented working procedures and financial, administrative, technical and operational workflow. We participated at the tenants’ take-over of their office spaces and also in the management of the fit-out process and PSI training. Our dedicated team includes financial, technical and operational on-site specialists, but also a leasing and administrative support from the Property Manager.

03The Results

The property management and leasing activity led to attracting the most suitable tenants, for whom we’ve implemented all Health & Safety measures. We actively engage in the management of the tenants’ community and wellbeing with online and offline events, CSR fairs, welcome packages for the new tenants.
