02The Solution

We organised a structured sale process using a comprehensive and detailed investment pack. We initiated a targeted marketing campaign for the asset to a pre-agreed A list of investors and coordinated the sale process from pre-launch to closing.

03The Results

We managed to maximize the pricing for our client and the transaction was signed before the on-set of the pandemic in Europe and it was closed during a very challenging period in terms of unprecedented disruption to normal work and social routines. It is a sign of resilience of the deal and it shows a much more mature market, that is still active and will navigate difficult obstacles, as it has shown to have done so in the past.
