Cushman & Wakefield Echinox advised Foundever on the expansion of its office space in Bucharest to 3,500 sq m, doubling its footprint

Bucharest, June 2026: Foundever, a global leader in customer experience (CX) solutions, has expanded its office space in Bucharest to 3,500 sq m, doubling its footprint within the Campus 6.3 office building, as part of its continued growth in the Romanian market. Cushman & Wakefield Echinox advised the company on the expansion transaction, having also been involved in the initial lease that marked Foundever’s entry into the building.

The space will accommodate approximately 300 employees and reflects the company’s sustained development and increasing operational scale in Romania.

This transaction reflects the ongoing trend of companies consolidating and expanding existing operations, with a focus on efficient, high-quality work environments that can support team collaboration and long-term development.
