Bucharest, October 2024: The Cushman & Wakefield Echinox real estate consultancy company was appointed to exclusively manage the leasing strategy and process of Jumbo Center in Bucharest, a Jumbo anchored and partially owned modern retail destination for the whole family.
Jumbo Center offering 25,700 sq. m of retail spaces will be following the Jumbo philosophy, “looking & feeling” welcoming for guests of all ages and all social/ financial backgrounds and providing a unique “value” proposition.
In this mandate, Cushman & Wakefield Echinox is focused on creating the right mix of tenants, responding to the needs of the customers in the area.

The new Jumbo Store, owned by Jumbo, opened on October 25th and is occupying the whole 2nd level, transforming a currently underperforming level to a desired retail destination attracting differentiated high traffic flows, all year round, from which all partners in Jumbo Center will benefit from.
The Jumbo Center strategy entails identifying business partners that share the same vision and business principles as its anchor and partial owner Jumbo and are interested in and capable of establishing a long-term win-win cooperation framework.
