EMEA Sustainable Returns Report
Bucharest, June 2026: The real estate consulting company Cushman & Wakefield Echinox announces the expansion of its client portfolio by signing an agreement with Joyson Safety Systems, a global leader in manufacturing safety components and systems for the automotive industry. The partnership aims to sell the industrial property owned by the manufacturer in Ribița, Hunedoara County.

The property represents an excellent opportunity for manufacturers in various industrial sectors, being a “ready to be plugged in” unit, benefiting from a complete infrastructure, adapted to production requirements, and high technical standards – industrial ventilation systems, epoxy flooring, laboratory and research area, hydrant network,
Rodica Târcavu, Partner Industrial Agency Cushman & Wakefield Echinox: “The industrial and logistics sector remains the most active segment of the real estate market, but we are witnessing a profound transformation process, driven by the need for operational efficiency and adaptation to new sustainability standards. For manufacturers and occupiers of industrial spaces, optimizing operations is no longer just an option, but a strategic necessity in a context marked by volatile logistics costs and pressure to reduce delivery times. Facilities such as the one in Ribița, specialized for production and ready to operate, perfectly meet this need for agility, offering new investors or manufacturers who want to expand their operations a quick start in a global context where the challenges are great, and flexibility and speed of reaction make the difference.”
