The modern retail stock in Bucharest reached 1.26 mil sqm at the end of Q 1 2022. The stock consists of 17 shopping centers with a total GLA of 769.000 sqm 61 of the stock), 10 retail parks comprising of a GLA of 382.000 sqm 31 while 6 commercial galleries 105.000 sqm GLA) cover the remaining 8 %.
In Bucharest, spaces totaling 48,400 sq. m are currently under construction, namely the Promenada Mall extension in the Floreasca – Barbu-Vacarescu area, Lemon Retail Park in Voluntari and Greenfield Plaza.
