In Q1 2020, total leasing activity in Bucharest was of 52,000 sq. m, with net take-up having a share of 75% and the West submarket attracting 48% of the total demand. The pipeline remains robust in spite of the current health situation, with new projects of almost 415,000 sq. m GLA currently under construction.
