LC Waikiki, the Turkish-based global fashion retail brand, leased 1,000 sqm at Jupiter City Shopping Center in Pitesti. The deal was brokered by DTZ Echinox. The store is set to open this spring, taking the center to to full occupancy. With 750 stores in 34 countries, LC Waikiki entered the Romanian market in 2009. It now operates 22 stores in the country. Opened in 2008, Jupiter City Shopping Center offers 45,000 sqm of gross leasable area, 1,800 parking spaces. Read more on www.cijeurope.com
