MUSEUM OF SENSES – A WORLD THAT AMPLIFIES ALL SENSES – OPENS IN CONSTANŢA

Friday, March 29, Museum of Senses will open for the public in Mall Vivo! Constanţa, where its 11 already famous rooms will offer surprises to all those who will visit the location.

Museum of Senses is the first private museum in Constanţa, having the city itself as a representative element, therefore also being the first personalized … museum. A journey full of mental and body challenges created to stimulate all senses, awaken imagination and defy perception.

Dedicated to all ages, Museum of Senses is the place where, after the first visit, you will always return with the same curiosity, each room offering different and amplified sensations that test your senses in all their complexity: the visual, auditory, olfactory senses, the taste and the balance. The mirror labyrinth, the vortex tunnel, the inverse camera, the infinite camera, are just some of the museum rooms that will open soon in Constanţa.

The huge success the Museum of Senses has had in Bucharest since its launch in 2017 convinced its project developers to expand the concept in the rest of the country, the first stop being Constanţa.

The enigmatic, unnatural, rational, but also educational and entertaining space, this world of optical sensations and illusions will make the people of Constanta and the tourists tick the Museum of Senses as a “must” of the seaside locations. A unique place where visitors can take the most spectacular photos and record the funniest videos.

This is exactly what happened in Bucharest as well, as the Museum of Senses had over 150,000 visitors and over 400 schools with groups of children in its first year, as tourists rated it in Top 4 – Things to Do on the well known tripadvisor.com.

The new museum will occupy a surface of approximately 450 square meters, divided into 6 areas, with the lease agreement being conducted by the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox real estate consultancy company.

Bogdan Marcu, Cushman & Wakefield Echinox’s Retail Agency Partner: “We are delighted to contribute to the development and success of this unique entertainment concept on the local market, after the excellent results of the first location in Bucharest. The extraordinary response of the public encouraged us to consider the main cities in the country for future locations. The concept in Constanţa will come up with something new compared to the AFI Palace Cotroceni location, with some areas changing regularly, in order to offer visitors new experiences.”

The museum tour takes about an hour and it ends with a waterslide and a pool with over 30,000 balls. Museum guides are ready to assist visitors in this unique experience. In addition, children, groups and schools benefit from a special entry price. More details on www.museumofsenses.ro
