Alina Dima

With over 15 years of experience in the real estate market, Alina has developed a strong background in both asset management and retail leasing. She joined Cushman & Wakefield Echinox’s Asset Services department in 2017, where she oversaw complex property management, managing over 500,000 sq. m.

During this period, Alina was actively involved in retail leasing, working on the Penny Centers portfolio owned by Rewe Group where her role included tenant sourcing, lease negotiations, and ensuring the alignment of the retail mix with the overall strategy of the client. Additionally, Alina played an important role in the leasing process for Colosseum Retail Center, one of the major retail developments in Bucharest.

Furthermore, she was engaged in asset management and leasing activities for office and residential projects owned by Alfa Group, where she focused on maximizing asset value and occupancy rates.

This combined expertise has provided Alina with a comprehensive understanding of the retail real estate market, leasing processes, and asset enhancement strategies, enabling her to drive value for landlords and support long-term project success.
