Alina Dima

With over 13 years of experience in real estate and an extensive management background, Alina is currently responsible for the property management of Tiriac Tower, a prestigious class A office project of 16,364 sq m GLA. Her duties include liaising with the landlord and tenants, overseeing suppliers and services providers, preparing and monitoring the execution of the annual budgets (OPEX, CAPEX) and supervising all the operational activities within the building.

Previously Alina provided property management services for 2 office buildings owned by Akcent Development, 5 retails parks owned by REWE Group, one office building owned by Eka Investment Group and other real estate projects, having experience in property management, leasing & facility management.
