About
With over 16 years of experience in the real estate market, Alina has built a strong background in both asset management and retail leasing. She joined Cushman & Wakefield Echinox’s Asset Services department in 2017, where she managed complex property portfolios totaling over 500,000 sq. m, working with clients such as REWE Group, Tiriac Imobiliare, CPI Property Group, Alfa Holding, One United Properties and Logicor.
During this period, Alina was actively involved in retail leasing, working on the Penny Centers portfolio owned by REWE Group and Alfa Holding office properties.
In 2025, she joined the Retail Leasing team, bringing together her operational, commercial and asset management expertise. This combined experience enables her to approach retail projects from a holistic perspective, supporting landlords with strategic leasing solutions, strong retailer relationships and a clear focus on sustainable project performance, contributing to the expansion of international retailers such as IKEA, Mr. DIY and leading entertainment concepts.
