Bogdan Marcu

Bogdan has been working with Cushman & Wakefield Echinox since 2008, when he joined the Retail Agency. In 2014, he took the lead of the retail department, providing a wide range of consultancy services for retail developers and owners from across Romania, while supporting tenants throughout their expansion process. His in-depth knowledge of the market and ability to create long-term relationships contribute to a superior level of service for clients.

During his career, Bogdan assisted landlords such as Prime Kapital, NEPI Rockcastle, One United,  REWE Group, S Immo or Square 7 Part of M Core,  while also contributing to the national expansion of major retailers such as Inditex, H&M, Peek & Cloppenburg, McDonald’s, New Yorker, Decathlon or Leroy Merlin.

Since 2022, he is focusing as well on Retail Investment and has been involved in the disposal of the MAS portfolio to M Core, closed in February 2025.
