Catalin Manea

Catalin is working at Cushman & Wakefield Echinox since 2014 and is a member of ANEVAR (Romanian Association of Authorized Valuers) since 2009, being specialized in Real Estate and Plant & Machinery Appraisals.

As a part of the Valuation & Consulting team, Catalin is in charge with real estate valuations in compliance with RICS and ANEVAR standards for financial reporting (under IFRS requirements), mortgage lending and for tax planning. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield Echinox he has provided specialized advisory for some of the most important companies active in the real estate field.

Before being part of the company, Catalin worked for BCR Leasing within their Valuation department, where he was responsible with developing and supervising the financing and repossession of assets. Catalin started his career in 2004 at a major valuation company in Romania. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Domestic & International Business, Banking and Finance Studies, Romanian – American University, Bucharest.
