Claudia Scarlat
About
Claudia is working at Cushman & Wakefield Echinox since 2006 and is a member of ANEVAR (Romanian Association of Authorized Valuers) since 2013, being specialized in Real Estate Appraisals.
When joining Cushman & Wakefield back in 2006 (known as DTZ at that time), she was mostly involved in developing the research & consulting segment providing specialized advisory in the residential, office, retail and industrial sectors through market, best use & feasibility studies for several of the largest developments in the country.
Nowadays, she is responsible of real estate valuations in compliance with RICS and ANEVAR standards for financial reporting (under IFRS requirements), mortgage lending and for tax planning. As a member of the Valuation & Consulting department of the company, Claudia has been part of major projects related to valuation appraisals for the most active real estate players on the Romanian market.
Claudia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economic Studies of the European Integration, Romanian – American University, Bucharest.
