Cristian Tiru
About
Cristian joined Cushman & Wakefield Echinox (former DTZ Echinox) in 2006 as senior valuer and he is a member of ANEVAR (Romanian Association of Authorized Valuers) and RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors). In 2014 he was promoted as Regional Markets Director, being responsible of organizing and supervising the network of valuers who collaborate with Cushman & Wakefield Echinox for issuing valuation reports according to RICS and ANEVAR standards, for financial reporting, mortgage lending and for tax planning purposes.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Domestic and International Economy of Tourism, at Romanian-American University.
