Cristina Baloianu

Cristina is working at Cushman & Wakefield Echinox since 2007 and is a member of ANEVAR (Romanian Association of Authorized Valuers) since 2013, being specialized in Real Estate Appraisals.

When joining Cushman & Wakefield back in 2007 (formerly known as DTZ), she was involved in the consultancy and research division providing specialized advisory in the residential, office, retail and industrial sectors in the form of market, best use & feasibility studies for some of the largest development real estate projects in the country and for 2 years she joined the investment and capital markets department providing consultancy expertise for international real estate investment companies.

Currently she is responsible of real estate valuations in compliance with RICS and ANEVAR standards for financial reporting (under IFRS requirements), mortgage lending and for tax planning. As a member of the Valuation & Consulting department of the company, Cristina has been part of major projects related to valuation appraisals for top real estate companies on the Romanian market, financial institutions or investment funds.

Cristina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economic Studies of the European Integration, Romanian – American University, Bucharest.
