David Stanescu

David Stanescu has been part of the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox Office team since 2016 and has represented ever since numerous tenants in securing leases in different office locations in Bucharest and in major regional cities such as Cluj-Napoca, Iasi or Brasov. His activity covers everything in terms of office spaces, lease acquisitions, renewals or disposals. David is specialized in negotiation strategy and technical specifications, while also having a strong background in fit-out works.
