Ioana Croitoru

Ioana joined Cushman & Wakefield Echinox in 2016 (DTZ at that time). Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield she worked at CTP Romania.

Ioana is responsible for organizing the administrative activities of real estate valuations for regional markets. She coordinates a team of 15-20 valuators across the country that are in charge with valuations of residential, commercial, and industrial properties for bank guarantee, financial reporting and taxes.

Ioana is in charge with reports that centralize all the company’s real estate valuations for regional markets and with all the paper work necessary for maintaining the relationship with the banks / corporate clients.

Ioana holds two masters in Economic Studies in Foreign Languages at ASE – Faculty of Business Administration and in Management-Marketing from The Romanian-American University.
