Loredana Simion

Loredana oversees the property management for Tiriac Tower Building. She is in charge of all administrative and technical tasks of the property acting promptly and in compliance with procedures, regulations, and highest standards in an ethical and professional manner.

In the past 3 years she was involved as a Property Manager for managing approximately 60,000 sq. m offices in Cluj and Bucharest. Previously, Loredana worked for White Star Real Estate, which provides Property and Facility Management Services for industrial, office and residential projects.
