Marius Grigorica

Marius Grigorica is part of the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox Capital Markets team, providing consultancy for investment transactions. He is an experienced professional with an extensive knowledge of the local market covering more than 15 years of activity advising international and local clients in investment advisory, real estate valuation, taxation advisory, M&A and banking.

Marius worked in the past as a senior tax advisor at KPMG and as a loan officer at UniCredit Bank and BRD. He is a Chartered Valuer (ANEVAR) since 2006 and a Chartered Tax Advisor (Camera Consultantilor Fiscali) since 2009. Furthermore, his professional experience includes also various involvements in entrepreneurial ventures. Marius holds a MSc in Property Investment from the University of Reading UK.
