Paula Mamulea

Paula joined Asset Services team as Financial Coordinator, managing daily financial and reporting activities for Logicor industrial portfolio in Romania. She stays in touch with the owner, tenants and suppliers, analysis the evolution of costs compared to budgeted amounts and other additional documents for tenants.

Paula has more than 10 years’ experience in the financial departments and real estate business managing the financial affairs of the organization including budgeting, financial reporting, and controlling. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield Echinox, she worked for Auchan Romania and for Citibank.
